UV Printing: Uses special UV inks and inkjet printing technology to directly print patterns and text onto the acrylic surface, then immediately cures the ink with ultraviolet light. This method produces bright colors, detailed patterns, and strong weather resistance.
Screen Printing: Involves creating a stencil (with the pattern areas as mesh openings) and then scraping ink onto the acrylic surface. It is suitable for large-area, single-color, or spot-color pattern printing, such as advertising signs and logos.
Polishing and Sandblasting: Polishing the cut edges through mechanical or chemical methods to make them smooth and transparent; or using sandblasting to create a frosted surface, producing different visual effects.
