Processing and molding skills
Hot bending forming: Acrylic cannot be cold bent, otherwise it is easy to break, and must be bent after softening by heating.

Heating temperature: The softening point is about 96°C, and it needs to be heated evenly to this temperature using an electric heating wire or oven to avoid local overheating leading to bubbling or melting

Heating Method:
Linear heating: Heat along the bending line with industrial heating wire, bend quickly after softening, and cool for 20 seconds to set

Overall heating: Heat the whole piece of acrylic in the oven until it softens, then press it into a mold and let it cool for about 30 seconds

Simple manual method: You can use multiple wallpaper blades to superimpose them, draw a notch with a depth of 1/3 on the back of the acrylic board, and then heat the notch with a hair dryer to achieve right-angle bending
